Having spent 25 years with CB Richard Ellis as a leader in the Retail department, Tim has an outstanding reputation representing numerous national tenants, landlords REITs, and clients with a pure focus on retail. His broad experience includes land assemblages, tenant representation for retailers laying out new markets, key landlord leasing, retail development, retail center repositioning of underutilized properties, as well as property dispositions/workouts, or consultation for leasing negotiations and distressed property strategies. Tim’s focus is retail and only retail, having owned and operated retail stores for many years.
