Nicolle brings nearly twenty years of experience in real estate development, economic development, and public-private partnerships to the role. Over that time, she has worked closely with developers, property owners, and community partners as a senior economic development leader in Oklahoma City and the Twin Cities, most recently serving for five years as Director of Planning and Economic Development for the City of Saint Paul.  At BCRE, Nicolle focuses on marketing, business development, and expanding the firm’s presence across the Twin Cities retail market.
