Belzer brings 19 years of value-added real estate experience to the MN-based firm. “He has a history of delivering results by building mutually beneficial relationships, leading high-performing teams in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments,” a news release said. Belzer previously worked at U.S. Bank in commercial lending. He also held roles at The Franchise Company, and in Ecolab’s foodservice and hospitality group running businesses as a marketing manager.

He earned his masters of business administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
